Where have we been, and where are we going?
Since 1971 we have been the leading provider of employment and other services in Western Ohio. Leading the way as an all inclusive employment partner, we take a holistic approach to goal setting, curiosity, and expectations.

All people are capable and worthy of employment and full participation in their community. We move people along their path to employment and develop curriculum to help them thrive.
How we’re different
As an all-inclusive partner, VentureLINX has the ability to take care of ALL aspects of employment in one place. By providing transportation to people employed in the community, VentureLINX overcomes one of the biggest barriers in active employment and community participation. Our transportation fleet, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, help you get to where you need to go, safely.
